The Elegance bed frame is a classic panel design with slight curve to the head and foot board to add a touch of style. This bed frame is designed to accommodate a mattress only, but with some simple modifications, it can accommodate a mattress and box spring if desired (contact us to learn more).
This BC-built, solid wood bed frame is available in multiple finishes on either maple or oak, with your choice of hardware. It comes in various styles, including:
- the Conventional-style frame, with a headboard and footboard (24"H), that includes a deck board and an 11" high support for a mattress only;
- the Storage Bed, which is a platform-style frame (intended for a mattress only) that comes standard with four, large-volume drawers (two per side) made of sealed, solid pine that slide smoothly on full-extension ball bearing glides.
This frame includes a plywood deck board for your mattress which sits on supports at 11" high—slats can be converted for an additional $50. The headboard can be increased to 48" high (from 40"H) for an additional $100.
